A Chininta Inn @ The Woodlands

I have been ''流浪'' at US for five years (but I am not a ''homeless'', I have a job!!!). And my goal is looking for Chinese food which tastes like real Taiwanese flavor!!!!

Last week, I have shared my new adventure at Shabu House and found my #1 dish at my Top US-Taiwanese Food Ranking. Now, I am going to show you the #2 dish which is extremely ''LOCAL STYLE''----家鄉味----

The first bite.... I have already felt that I back to Taiwan....

It was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious!!!!!!

It's not made by the ground meat it's made by the ''三層肉'' (please pronous in Taiwanese..)

With 現炒空心菜, 滷蛋, 素筋 & 剝皮辣椒....

HOW WONDERFUL ~~~~~~~ IT'S TOTAL PACKAGE

Besides that, the lady owner will change the sides everyday....another surprise!!

(p.s.: Mr. Taco had the chance to try this before me, and his side dish was ''粉肝'')

 

Now, I am a royal fan of Lady owner not because of these two amazing dishes. She has a secret weapon...

Today is 綠豆薏仁湯, everyday is different, sometimes 紅豆紫米湯 or 花生湯.
